For example, if you return two out of three items, you will receive an exchange in the correct size for the three items you ordered.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened underwear/socks and unworn T-shirts if requested within 30 days after delivery. T-shirts must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Underwear and socks must be returned in unopened packaging with the blue hygiene seal attached. Underwear and socks are considered a hygiene item. Once the product packaging is opened, the right to return it is limited. If it's your first order, you can claim a free exchange once under the Size Promise.
Exchange
Exchange for a different size is always free of charge. A cancelled order incurs a €3.99 return fee. Click here to start a return.
